The conductive measurement points on the floor should be at least 50 cm apart. If insufficient results are found during measurement, additional measurements should be made within 50 cm radius around these points. Floor conductivity test results (< 35 MΩ (IEC 61340-4-1)) are acceptable for the tested area.

Application Instructions

SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces must be cleaned from oil, dust, and dirt. Paint flakes, oil residues, frost, dust, and chips that may prevent adhesion must be removed.

MIXING PREPARATION
Components A and B should be mixed according to the mixing ratios using a low-speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes until homogeneous. Ready for application after mixing.

COATING SYSTEM
After DFC-106 Antistatic primer has cured for 12 hours, copper tapes are placed. Tapes are connected to the building grounding line. After the DFC-440 antistatic epoxy coating mixture is prepared, it is spread on the surface with a notched trowel.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS
Concrete surfaces where epoxy primer is applied must have a compressive strength of at least 25 N/mm² and a tensile strength of at least 1.5 N/mm². On very absorbent surfaces, continue applying primer coats until sufficient saturation is reached. Even after curing, if pressurized moisture or water comes from the substrate, the epoxy primer and coating may be damaged. Avoid application below 10°C and in very humid environments.

SAFETY
This product is for professional use. Before use, pay attention to safety warnings on the packaging and consult the Material Safety Data Sheet if necessary. Avoid inhalation, skin and eye contact, and ingestion. Use appropriate personal protective equipment. Take precautions against fire, explosion, and environmental pollution. Apply in well-ventilated areas.

TRANSPORT AND STORAGE
* Store the product between 5-35°C.
* Keep the product away from direct sunlight.
* Store opened product in its original container with the lid tightly closed.
