Two-component, solvent-free epoxy resin-based conductive epoxy primer.
Used as a conductive epoxy primer in antistatic flooring systems in industrial floors where electric current poses risks, grounding of electrical and electronic equipment is mandatory, in production and warehouses, and in areas with potential explosion and ignition risks.

SURFACE PREPARATION
All loose particles and paint residues must be completely removed. Surfaces should be cleaned from dust, dirt, and oil. Avoid application on moist surfaces. Surfaces to be coated should be primed with DFC-100 solvent-free epoxy primer. If moisture exceeds 10%, DFC-108 Moisture Primer should be preferred. For surfaces to be repaired with putty, primer should be applied first, followed by putty. After repair and priming, apply Epoxy Antistatic Primer with a roller at 0.150 – 0.200 kg/m².
MIXING PREPARATION
Components A and B should be mixed with a mixer for at least 3-4 minutes until homogeneous. Use the mixed product within 20 minutes.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
Concrete surfaces to be primed should have a compressive strength of at least 25 N/mm² and tensile strength of at least 1.5 N/mm². On very absorbent surfaces, continue applying primer coats until saturation is sufficient. Even after curing, if pressurized moisture or water comes from the substrate, damage to epoxy primer and coating may occur. Avoid application below 10°C and in very humid environments.
