Bitumer 100 2K Waterproofing Material
• Foundations and retaining walls,
• Wet areas, retaining walls,
• Protection and waterproofing of structures and elements exposed to leakage water, temporary or permanent water pressure,
• Can be used for bonding thermal insulation boards used for insulation protection.
• Should be applied with brush, trowel, or spray in at least 2 coats.
• The second coat application should be done only after the first coat is completely dry.
• The second coat should be applied perpendicular to the first coat. The excavation should not be covered until full drying occurs.
• After appropriate insulation and drainage boards cover and protect the application, backfilling should be done. 

• The surface to be applied should be primed with DRYFiX PRIM-A bitumen emulsion primer and after the primer is fully dried, application should start.
• The primer should be applied evenly with a suitable brush without allowing material accumulation on horizontal surfaces.
• Wait for the primer to dry before starting the main application.
• Apply at least 2 coats on the prepared surface by brush, trowel, or spray.
• The second coat should be applied only after the first coat has completely dried.
• The second coat should be applied perpendicular to the first coat. Excavation should not be covered until full drying occurs.
• After covering and protecting with suitable thermal insulation and drainage boards, backfilling should be done.

The surface must be cleaned from residues such as release oil, cement residues that prevent adhesion, and loose particles; it must be clean, smooth, solid, and free from frost damage.

• Slowly add the powder component to the liquid component and mix with a medium-speed mixer at 400-600 rpm until homogeneous.
• The mixed material should be consumed within 1-2 hours.

• Do not apply during rain or when rain is expected.
• Protect the applied area from frost, sun, and strong wind for the first 24 hours.
• Application must be done on the part of the structure exposed to water.
• In cold weather, curing will be slower, so the first coat must be fully cured before applying the second coat.
