SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces must be cleaned from oil, dust, and dirt. Paint flakes, oil residues, frost, dust, and debris that may prevent adhesion should be removed.
MIXING PREPARATION
Components A and B should be mixed according to the ratio specified and stirred homogeneously with a low-speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes. After mixing, the product is ready for application.
COATING SYSTEM
The surface to be coated must be primed with DFC-100. For moist surfaces, DFC-108 should be preferred. After 24 hours from priming, the coating process can be started. Depending on the desired thickness, spread evenly using a notched trowel (1 mm or 2 mm notch spacing). Air bubbles formed are removed with a spiked roller.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
Concrete surfaces for epoxy primer application must have a compressive strength of at least 25 N/mm² and tensile strength of at least 1.5 N/mm². On highly absorbent surfaces, continue applying primer coat over coat until sufficient saturation is achieved. Even after the product cures, if pressurized moisture or water comes from the substrate, there is a risk of damage to epoxy primer and coating. Avoid application below 10°C and in very humid environments.
SAFETY
This product is for professional use. Pay attention to the safety warnings on the packaging before use. Consult the Material Safety Data Sheet if necessary. Avoid inhalation, skin, and eye contact, and ingestion. Use appropriate personal protective equipment. Take necessary precautions against fire, explosion, and environmental pollution. Apply in well-ventilated areas.
TRANSPORT AND STORAGE
