DFR 2000 (TIX) Epoxy Repair Mortar
Two-component, solvent-free, shrinkage-free, moisture tolerant, putty-like and thixotropic epoxy repair and bonding mortar.

Application Features
- Application surface: It must be dry and free from all kinds of dust, dirt, weak and loose particles, cement grout residues, oil and grease. The concrete subfloor must be solid and have sufficient compressive strength (minimum 25N/mm²) and tensile strength (pulloff) (minimum 1,5N/mm²). Cannot be thinned with thinner.
- Preparation of the mixture: The product is two-component and it is recommended to mix the amount to be consumed considering the pot life of the mixture. Excess mixtures will become unusable after the pot life expires. After adding component B to component A, it should be mixed with a low speed electric mixer for 2-3 minutes (300rpm) until a homogeneous color is obtained.
- Application Primer surface: When mixing and applying, wear rubber gloves and goggles to protect your skin and eyes from exposure. Do not add any foreign substance and water into the product. Since the product will harden immediately when mixed in extremely hot weather, it should be mixed as much as it will be consumed. Do not apply if the temperature is below +5°C.
Warnings and Recommendations
Flammable, combustible and flammable products should be kept away during application. Smoking should be avoided. Care should be taken to ensure continuous ventilation of the application area. Protective equipment such as goggles and gloves should be used during application. In case of eye contact, wash thoroughly with plenty of water. | Shelf Life | Can be stored in the original unopened buckets in dry conditions at temperatures between 5°C and 25°C for a minimum of 12 months. Containers of unmixed components should be kept tightly closed airtight for the next use. |
Consumption
Depending on the concrete surface, workmanship and dilatation band size, it is 1.00 kg/metretul when required for two coats.
