SURFACE PREPARATION
* Surfaces to be applied must be free from oil, dust, and dirt.
* Loose particles and anything that would prevent adhesion should be removed.
* Surface roughening should be done where necessary.
MIXING PREPARATION
Components A and B should be mixed in the correct proportions using a low-speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes until homogeneous. For small-scale bonding, the A/B ratio of 2/1 by weight should be measured with a scale and mixed with a spatula.
COATING SYSTEM
After priming with DFC-100, DFC-300 is applied as an intermediate coat. The consumption of primer, sandblasting, and intermediate coat varies depending on the desired final coating thickness. After 24 hours, DFC-400 is spread evenly with a flat trowel and textured using a coral-patterned roller.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
* Surfaces must have sufficient strength.
* Surfaces must be clean, smooth, and dry.
* Avoid application below 10°C and in very humid conditions.
* Mixing ratios must be followed.

* Store the product between 5-35°C.
* Keep away from direct sunlight.
