SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces must be cleaned from oil, dust, and dirt. Paint flakes, oil residues, frost, dust, and chips that may prevent adhesion should be removed.
MIXING PREPARATION
Components A and B should be mixed according to the mixing ratios using a low-speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. After mixing, the product is ready for application.
COATING SYSTEM
After priming with DFC-100, apply DFC-300 as an intermediate coat. Primer, sandblasting, and intermediate coat consumption vary depending on the desired final coating thickness. After 24 hours, spread DFC-400 evenly with a flat trowel and create patterns with a textured coral roller.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
Avoid application below 25°C and in very humid environments. Mixing ratios must be followed carefully. Maximum casting thickness in one pour is 5 mm. Higher thicknesses may cause surface tensions due to hard and fast curing. For permanent gloss, ambient temperature must not fall below 25°C. The product should be demolded after at least 48 hours at 25°C to gain full strength and gloss. In cold and humid conditions, the product will become matte and will not harden properly. Organic products like wood, flowers, and leaves must be dried; moisture in these can cause whitening on transparent epoxy surfaces. Contact with cold air causes crystallization. If exposed to cold during transport or storage, the product should be kept at 40°C for at least 4 hours before application to dissolve possible crystals.

Avoid inhalation, skin and eye contact, and ingestion. Use appropriate safety equipment. Take precautions against fire, explosion, and environmental pollution. Apply in well-ventilated areas.
