Two-component, solvent-free epoxy resin-based conductive epoxy primer.
Used as an intermediate coat between anti-corrosive primer and topcoat on metal surfaces. If the previously applied paint on metal surface is not worn, DFP-800 can be used as a transition primer without the need for anti-corrosive primer. It prepares a suitable surface for topcoat and provides long-lasting resistance to epoxy-coated metal.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces must be free from oil, grease, salt, dust, and dirt. If necessary, high-pressure fresh water can be used. Paint flakes, oil residues, frost, dust, and chips that may prevent adhesion must be cleaned. Abrasion must be done on old painted surfaces.
MIXING PREPARATION
Components A and B should be mixed according to the mixing ratios using a low-speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes until homogeneous. Ready for application after mixing.
COATING SYSTEM
Pay attention to bolts, weld seams, and sharp edges during application with the prepared primer. Dry film thickness should be applied as 40 microns per coat.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
Do not apply below 10 °C, above 45 °C, or when relative humidity exceeds 80%.
