SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces must be free from oil, dust and dirt. Residues such as paint chips, oil residues, icing, dust, sawdust that may prevent adhesion should be removed.


A and B components should be mixed for at least 3-4 minutes with the help of a low speed mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained by paying attention to the mixingratios. Ready for application after mixing

COATING SYSTEM
After the priming process is completed with DFC-100, DFC-300 is applied as an intermediate coat application. Depending on the desired thickness of the final coating, primer, sandblasting and intermediate coat consumption varies. After 24 hours, DFC-400 is spread on the surface with a flat trowel until a homogeneous thickness is obtained and patterned with a textured coral roller.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS
The compressive strength of concrete should be at least 25 N/mm² and tensile strength should be at least 1.5 N/mm² on the surfaces to be treated with epoxy primer. On very absorbent surfaces, continue applying primer coat after coat until the surface reaches sufficient saturation. Even after the product has completed curing, there is a possibility of damage to the epoxy primer and coating in case of pressurized moisture or water coming from the ground. Avoid application below 10°C and in very humid environments.

Do not inhale, avoid contact with skin and eyes, do not swallow, use appropriate work safety equipment. Take necessary precautions to avoid fire and explosion hazards as well as environmental pollution. Apply in well ventilated areas.
