SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces must be free from oil, dust, and dirt. Paint flakes, oil residues, frost, dust, and shavings that could prevent adhesion must be cleaned. For metal surfaces, roughening should be done by sandblasting or mechanical scraping.
MIXING PREPARATION
Components A and B should be mixed in the correct ratios using a low-speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The mixture is then ready for application.
COATING SYSTEM
Concrete surfaces should be primed with DFC-100, and metal surfaces with DFP-900 before applying DFC-320. Apply 2 or 3 coats depending on the desired thickness.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
Concrete surfaces for epoxy primer application must have a compressive strength of at least 25 N/mm² and tensile strength of at least 1.5 N/mm². On highly absorbent surfaces, continue applying primer coats until the surface reaches sufficient saturation. Even after curing, if pressurized moisture or water comes from the substrate, damage to the epoxy primer and coating is possible. Avoid application below 10°C and in very humid environments.
