SURFACE PREPARATION
All materials that may prevent adhesion such as cracks, dust, paint residues, and oil must be completely removed from the surface. Cracks and breaks must be repaired with epoxy putty. After curing of the putty, surfaces should be mechanically roughened and vacuumed to remove dust.
MIXING PREPARATION
Components A and B should be mixed at the correct ratio using a low-speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes until homogeneous. After mixing, the product is ready for application.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
The concrete surface where epoxy primer is applied must have a compressive strength of at least 25 N/mm² and a tensile strength of at least 1.5 N/mm². On very absorbent surfaces, continue applying primer coats until sufficient saturation is reached. Even after curing, if pressurized moisture or water comes from the substrate, the epoxy primer and coating may be damaged. Avoid application below 10°C.
