Surfaces must be free from oil, dust, and dirt. Paint flakes, oil residues, frost, dust, shavings, or any other residues that may prevent adhesion must be cleaned.
MIXING PREPARATION
Components A and B must be mixed according to the specified ratios using a low-speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The mixture is then ready for application.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
Avoid application below 25°C and in very humid environments. Pay attention to mixing ratios. Maximum casting thickness per application is 5 mm. Thicker layers may cause surface stresses due to hard and rapid curing. For permanent gloss, the ambient temperature should not drop below 25°C. The product should be demolded after at least 48 hours at 25°C to achieve full strength and gloss. In cold and humid environments, the product will become matte and will not harden properly. Organic items such as wood, flowers, and leaves must be dried before use. Moisture in these items can cause whitening on transparent epoxy surfaces. Contact with cold air can cause crystallization in epoxy. If the product has been exposed to cold air during transport or storage, it should be kept at 40°C for at least 4 hours before application to dissolve any possible crystals.
