DryFiX Mortar and Concrete Additive: LATEX 100 is used in all types of cement mortars such as plaster, screed, and ceramic adhesives to increase water impermeability, elasticity, and adhesion.
Used in concrete, plaster, screed, ceramic applications, areas where adhesion is required in concrete repairs, repair mortars, cold joints, and all types of cement-based waterproofing.
Provides excellent adhesion and bonding. Increases water impermeability, adds elasticity and consistency. Prevents shrinkage cracks. Improves abrasion resistance of mortar and prevents dusting in screed applications. Plasticizes cement-based mortars and facilitates application.
DryFiX LATEX 100 should be applied to dry surfaces that are moistened before application. For adhesion mortar preparation, mix 1 part cement and 2 parts sand, then add DryFiX LATEX 100 and mix until homogeneous and spreadable.
As concrete and mortar additive: use 5% to 20% of the cement amount as LATEX 100.
CONSUMPTION: For adhesion mortar: 200 gr/m². For mortar additives: 10-20 kg / 1 m³.
