SURFACE PREPARATION
The efficiency and longevity of the topcoat start with proper surface preparation. After correct mechanical or chemical cleaning, an appropriate primer must be selected based on the surface to be coated. After correctly calculating inter-coat waiting times, the product is applied in two coats.
MIXING PREPARATION
Components A and B should be mixed according to the specified ratios and stirred homogeneously with a low-speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes. After mixing, the product is ready for application.
COATING SYSTEM
Can be applied by brush, roller, or spraying. When spraying, thinner is used for dilution. The paint diluted to a viscosity of 18-20 sec / DIN CUP4 / 20°C can be applied with a spray gun to give a dry film thickness of 35-40 microns on metal. When applying with brush or roller, apply the prepared mixture without thinning.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
Do not apply below 10 °C, above 45 °C, or where relative humidity exceeds 80%. Yellowing may occur in direct sunlight, but this does not negatively affect the protective performance of the product.
SAFETY
This product is for professional use. Pay attention to the safety warnings on the packaging before use and consult the Material Safety Data Sheet if necessary. Avoid inhalation, skin and eye contact, and ingestion. Use appropriate personal protective equipment. Take necessary precautions against fire, explosion, and environmental pollution. Apply in well-ventilated areas.
TRANSPORT AND STORAGE
* Store the product between 5-35°C.
* Protect from direct sunlight.
* Keep opened product tightly sealed in its original packaging.
