Application Instructions

SURFACE PREPARATION

Surfaces to be coated must be free from oil, dust, and dirt. If more than 24 hours have passed since the epoxy primer or coating beneath DFPUR-150 was applied, the surface must be roughened using a sanding machine.

MIXING PREPARATION

Components A and B should be mixed in the correct ratios using a low-speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The mixture is then ready for application.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

Concrete surfaces for epoxy primer application should have a compressive strength of at least 25 N/mm² and tensile strength of at least 1.5 N/mm². On highly absorbent surfaces, continue applying primer coats until the surface reaches sufficient saturation. Even after curing, if pressurized moisture or water comes from the substrate, damage to the epoxy primer and coating is possible. Avoid application below 5°C and when relative humidity exceeds 70%. For applications above 30°C, use DFPUR-200, which has a longer drying time. Wearing spiked shoes during application over epoxy or polyurethane coatings may cause holes and penetration to the topcoat.

TRANSPORT AND STORAGE

* Store product between 5-35°C.

* Protect from direct sunlight.

* Store opened product in its original packaging with the lid tightly closed; opened product should be used within one week.
