TRACK R4 Repair Mortar (R4 Class)

Cement-based, fiber-reinforced, strengthened with special additives, thixotropic R4 class structural repair mortar.

Application Areas

Used on all cement-based surfaces, for filling core and dowel holes, repairing structural elements such as columns and beams, underwater floors, chamfers, and surface corrections.

Application Features

• Slowly add the product into 3.75-4.25 liters of clean water in a 25 kg bag using a mixer at low speed, mixing for 2-3 minutes until homogeneous.

• Due to its thixotropic nature, application should be made quickly after mixing.

Warnings and Recommendations

• Do not apply on metal surfaces.

• Do not add any foreign materials.

• Applied to cement-based structural elements horizontally and vertically using a trowel.

• The surface must be cleaned from dust and dirt before application.

• The area to be repaired should be slightly moistened before application.

• Maximum application thickness per layer is 80 mm. Wait at least 3 hours between layers.

• Protect the application from frost, sun, and strong wind for the first 24 hours after application.

• Recommended application temperature is between +5 °C and +35 °C.

• All tools used must be washed with water before drying.
