DryFiX Elastomeric Resin-Based Waterproofing Izolator is a ready-to-use liquid membrane, an elastomeric resin-based liquid plastic coating that can be easily applied to any substrate and becomes elastic and waterproof after drying.
Suitable for waterproofing concrete, plaster, brick, tile, breeze block, Ytong, galvanized sheet, corrugated and flat roof covering sheets, terraces, retaining walls, and all horizontal and vertical surfaces, as well as chimney bases, water tanks, channels, etc. “UV resistant” product is available.
There is a “UV-free” option for waterproofing under ceramic, tile, marble, and similar coverings.
Reflects sunlight, preventing surface heating. Elastic and waterproof. Water-based and odorless, solvent-free.

Surfaces to be treated must be free from all grease, dirt, old waterproofing material residues, etc. Cracks must be repaired with repair mortar and reinforced with mesh during application. DRYFiX IZOLATOR should be diluted 1:1 with water and applied as a primer coat. Then, apply two coats directly on the primer with roller or brush without dilution. Allow the primer to dry for at least 4 hours. The waiting time between coats is 4 hours. Application temperature should be between +5°C and +30°C. Avoid application in frost and extreme heat. Reinforcement with mesh is recommended in high-traffic areas, water pooling zones, and thick applications.
