Application Instruction

SURFACE PREPARATION

Surfaces must be free from oil, dust and dirt. Residues such as paint chips, oil residues, icing, dust, sawdust that may prevent adhesion should be removed.

A and B components should be mixed for at least 3-4 minutes with the help of a low speed mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained by paying attention to the mixingratios. It is ready for application after mixing.

COATING SYSTEM

The application surface should be primed with DFC-100. DFC-108 should be preferred on damp surfaces. Coating process can be started 24 hours after priming. Depending on the desired thickness, choose a toothed trowel (tooth pitch 1 mm or 2 mm) and spread evenly on the surface. The air bubbles formed are removed with a spiked roller.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

The compressive strength of concrete should be at least 25 N/mm² and tensile strength should be at least 1.5 N/mm² on the surfaces to be treated with epoxy primer. On very absorbent surfaces, continue applying primer coat after coat until the surface reaches sufficient saturation. Even after the product has completed curing, there is a possibility of damage to the epoxy primer and coating in case of pressurized moisture or water coming from the ground. Avoid application below 10°C and in very humid environments.
