Application is done after surface problems are fixed and primer is applied. Should not be used as a waterproofing material. Not suitable for painted surfaces, ready-colored plasters, or damaged old plasters. Not for exterior cladding constantly exposed to moisture, asbestos, cement, or insulation panel surfaces. Metal and wood surfaces should not be coated directly.
Surface Preparation:
In applications above 20 °C air temperature, the surface should be moistened. Apply two coats after surface preparation. Avoid application in very humid or hot weather. Avoid applying under strong wind or direct sunlight. Do not apply on surfaces that will freeze, thaw, rain, or have frost risk within 24 hours. Fresh mortar should be used within 6 hours. Repair cracks and holes before application. The surface should be rough. Bright surfaces like raw concrete and highly absorbent surfaces should be primed at least 24 hours prior.
Manual Application: Add water equal to the bag weight to a 13 kg bag of material. Mix the entire bag at once. Stir with a low-speed mixer for 3-5 minutes until lump-free. Let the mortar rest for 5 minutes, then stir again until homogeneous. No water should be added during application.
Machine Application: Set water quantity to match bag weight for a 13 kg bag. Add entire package at once. After surface preparation, apply the thermal insulation plaster. Measure shrinkage according to weather conditions. Decorative application can be done after 1-2 days.
Precautions: Use mask during mixing. Wear protective clothing, gloves, goggles, and mask according to occupational safety regulations during application. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and skin. In case of contact, wash thoroughly with water and seek medical help if ingested. Keep food and drinks away from the work area. Store out of reach of children. Clean all tools with water before mortar sets. Product drying time is based on 20 °C. Time is longer in low temperatures and shorter in high temperatures.
Storage and Transportation:
* Store between 5-35 °C.
* Protect from direct sunlight and frost.
* Keep opened product in its original container with a tightly closed lid.
