FLOOR 500 Surface Hardener
Cement-based surface hardener material with corundum aggregate and special additives to improve compatibility with concrete.

Application Areas
Used in all interior and exterior surfaces exposed to heavy loads such as factories, parking lots, workshops, work areas, stations, and service areas.
Application Features
- The concrete on which it will be applied must be at least C25 class.
- The surface of the fresh concrete should be finished with a bull float and smoothed with a wooden trowel.
- When the concrete is ready for application, the appropriate amount of product is spread onto the surface and evenly worked into the concrete with a bull float. Then, the surface is polished to the desired gloss with a steel trowel.
Warnings and Recommendations
- Not to be applied on metal surfaces.
- No foreign materials should be added.
- Avoid application in areas with high air circulation and where freezing might occur within 24 hours after application.
- Recommended application temperature is between +5 °C and +35 °C.
- All tools used should be washed with water before drying.
