FLOOR 600 Surface Hardener
Cement based, quartz aggregate, surface hardening material containing special additives to increase compatibility with concrete.
Advantages
- Easy and fast to apply.
- High resistance to pressure, abrasion and cracking resistance.
- Provides a homogeneous and smooth surface.
- It provides labour saving by integrating quickly and easily into set concrete.
- It is resistant to external conditions and thermal differences.
Application Areas
It is used in all interior and exterior facades, in areas exposed to heavy loads such as factories, car parks, workshops, work areas, stations and service areas.
Application Features
- The concrete of the area to be applied must be at least C25 class.
- The surface of the fresh concrete to be applied should be polished with a tray trowel and levelled with a wooden trowel.
- When the concrete is ready for application, the appropriate amount of product is sprinkled on the surface and homogenously absorbed into the concrete by tray trowelling. Afterwards, the surface is made glossy by knife polishing to the desired extent.
Warnings and Recommendations
