GAZBOND Aerated Concrete Masonry Mortar

Application Areas

Used as masonry mortar for aerated concrete in both interior and exterior applications.

Application Features

• DRYFIX GAZBOND thin plaster material should be slowly added into 5.50-6.00 liters of clean water and mixed at low speed using a mixer until homogeneous for 2-3 minutes.
• Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes and then mix again for 1-2 minutes until ready to use.
• Place the aerated concrete blocks by tapping them from above and from the sides.
• Adhesion must be performed on the combed mortar within 10-15 minutes.

Warnings and Recommendations

• The surface to be applied must be dry, clean, and solid.
• The adhesive must be spread evenly over the entire surface and applied uniformly using a 10x10x10 mm notched trowel.
• Application temperature and the following 24 hours should be between +5°C and +35°C.
• No foreign materials should be added to the mix.
