
GAZBOND Cement-Based Aerated Concrete Masonry Mortar

Application Areas
Used as masonry mortar for aerated concrete in both interior and exterior applications.
Application Features
- DRYFIX GAZBOND thin plaster material should be slowly added into 5.50-6.00 liters of clean water and mixed at low speed using a mixer until homogeneous for 2-3 minutes.
- Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes and then mix again for 1-2 minutes until ready to use.
- Place the aerated concrete blocks by tapping them from above and from the sides.
- Adhesion must be performed on the combed mortar within 10-15 minutes.
Warnings and Recommendations
- The surface to be applied must be dry, clean, and solid.
- The adhesive must be spread evenly over the entire surface and applied uniformly using a 10x10x10 mm notched trowel.
- Application temperature and the following 24 hours should be between +5°C and +35°C.
- No foreign materials should be added to the mix.
