Grout R4 Grout Casting Mortar (R4 Class)
Cement based, self-compacting, reinforced with special additives, non-shrink, R4 class structural grout mortar.

Application Areas
It is used in floor connection gaps of machinery, cranes and steel structures, prefabricated concrete elements, areas requiring repair such as columns and beams, manholes and similar areas open to heavy pedestrian traffic.
Application Features
- 25 kg bag should be mixed with 3,75-4,25 litres of clean water with the help of a mixer at low speed, slowly add the product to the water and mix for 2-3 minutes until it becomes homogenous. The product should be rested for 1-2 minutes before application.
- The prepared mixture should be used within 30 minutes.
- It is applied to cement based building elements horizontally and vertically with the help of a trowel.
- The application surface should be cleaned from dust and dirt before application.
- The area to be repaired should be slightly moisturised before application.
- Maximum 80 mm can be applied in a single layer. For application between coats, min. 3 hours should be waited.
Warnings and Recommendations
- Not applicable on metal surfaces.
- Absolutely no foreign ingredients should be added.
- In outdoor applications, application should not be made in cases where there is a possibility of rain.

| Shelf Life | 12 months from the date of production, provided that the packaging is not opened and damaged in a dry and humid environment. The packaging should be tightly closed when not in use. Packages should be protected from frost and sun. |
