Advantages

Application Areas

Provides superior performance in fixing thermal insulation boards such as XPS, EPS, and rock wool to surfaces like raw concrete, brick, aerated concrete, cement-based plaster, and pumice.

Application Features

• The 25 kg bag should be slowly added into 5.75-6.25 liters of clean water and mixed with a mixer at low speed for 2-3 minutes until homogeneous.

• The mixture should rest for 5 minutes and then be mixed again for 1-2 minutes to be ready for use.

Warnings and Recommendations

• The surface where thermal insulation boards will be applied must be clean from contaminants such as dust, paint, or other substances that could prevent adhesion.

• Weak surfaces should be cleaned, and cracks or deep voids should be repaired with DryFiX TRACK R4.

• Board surfaces must be free from dust and dirt.

• Application is recommended between 5 °C and 35 °C.

• Do not apply under direct sunlight or when rain or frost is expected within 24 hours after application.

• Not suitable for application on metal surfaces.

• Do not add any foreign materials.

• Do not apply during rain or when rain is likely.

• In cold weather, curing will be slower; ensure the first coat is fully dry before applying the second coat.

• All tools used must be washed with water before drying.
