Advantages

Application Areas

Suitable for use on all insulation boards such as EPS, XPS, and rock wool.

Application Features

• Mix the 25 kg bag slowly into 5.75-6.25 liters of clean water using a mixer at low speed and mix for 2-3 minutes until homogeneous.

• Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then mix again for 1-2 minutes to be ready for use.

Warnings and Recommendations

• Insulation boards must be properly fixed to the surface.

• Ensure there are no gaps of 2 mm or more between the boards.

• Board surfaces must be free from dust and dirt.

• Application is recommended between 5 °C and 35 °C.

• Do not apply under direct sunlight or when rain or frost is expected within 24 hours after application.

• Not suitable for application on metal surfaces.

• Do not add any foreign materials.

• Do not apply during rain or when rain is likely.

• In cold weather, curing is slower; ensure the first coat is fully dried before applying the second coat.

• All tools used must be washed with water before drying.
