Mortar and Concrete Additive Application Areas

Used in concrete, plaster, screed, ceramic applications, areas where adhesion is required in concrete repairs, repair mortars, cold joints, and all types of cement-based waterproofing.

LATEX 100 Features

Provides excellent adhesion and bonding. Increases water impermeability, adds elasticity and consistency. Prevents shrinkage cracks. Improves abrasion resistance of mortar and prevents dusting in screed applications. Plasticizes cement-based mortars and facilitates application.

Application Instructions

DryFiX LATEX 100 should be applied to dry surfaces that are moistened before application. For adhesion mortar preparation, mix 1 part cement and 2 parts sand, then add DryFiX LATEX 100 and mix until homogeneous and spreadable.As concrete and mortar additive: use 5% to 20% of the cement amount as LATEX 100.

Consumption and Packaging

CONSUMPTION: For adhesion mortar: 200 gr/m². For mortar additives: 10-20 kg / 1 m³.

COLOR: White.

STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store unopened in original packaging in a cool and dry place.

SHELF LIFE: 12 months.
