Application Instruction

SURFACE PREPARATION

Surfaces must be free from oil, dust and dirt. Residues such as paint chips, oil residues, icing, dust, sawdust that may prevent adhesion should be removed.

A and B components should be mixed for at least 3-4 minutes with the help of a low speed mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained by paying attention to the mixing ratios. Ready for application after mixing

COATING SYSTEM

Used as a stripping coat on surfaces primed and sandblasted with DFC-100.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

The compressive strength of concrete should be at least 25 N/mm² and tensile strength should be at least 1.5 N/mm² on the surfaces to be treated with epoxy primer. On very absorbent surfaces, continue applying primer coat after coat until the surface reaches sufficient saturation. Even after the product has completed curing, there is a possibility of damage to the epoxy primer and coating in case of negatively pressurized moisture or water. Avoid application below 10°C and in very humid environments.

Do not inhale, avoid contact with skin and eyes, do not swallow, use suitable work safety equipment. Take necessary precautions to avoid fire and explosion hazards as well as environmental pollution. Apply in well ventilated areas

* The product should not be exposed to direct sunlight.

* The opened product should be stored in its own packaging, with the lid tightly closed.
