Used as a surface-tolerant epoxy primer on metal surfaces where sandblasting or sanding cannot be performed and light rust removal is not possible, only mechanical cleaning can be done. Suitable for working decks, hatch covers, scaffold and bridge legs, and industrial facility steels.

Application Instructions

SURFACE PREPARATION

Surfaces must be free from oil, grease, salt, dust, and dirt. High-pressure fresh water can be used if necessary. Paint flakes, oil residues, frost, dust, and debris that may prevent adhesion should be cleaned. Old painted surfaces should be abraded. 

MIXING PREPARATION

Components A and B must be mixed at specified ratios and stirred homogeneously with a low-speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes. After mixing, the product is ready for application. 

COATING SYSTEM

Pay special attention to bolt heads, weld seams, and sharp edges during application of the prepared primer. Apply a dry film thickness of 40 microns per coat. 

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

Do not apply under 10 °C, above 45 °C, or in environments where relative humidity exceeds 80%.
