Transparent Water Repellent Siloxane 100

Suitable for many absorbent and vertical surfaces. Can be applied to absorbent exterior surfaces such as brick, aerated concrete, natural stone, and to concrete, plaster, and gypsum-coated surfaces to provide hydrophobic properties. Protects historical monuments and natural stone structures from UV and water-related damage.

Thanks to its low density and high fluidity, it penetrates pores well. It is an excellent impregnator. Provides protection without changing the surface appearance or forming a film. Allows water vapor to pass through. Prevents moss and fungus formation. Creates an invisible barrier against salt efflorescence.

The surface to be treated with DryFiX SILOXANE 100 must be free of oil, dirt, dust, and mud. The substrate should be dry and clean. Any cracks or peeling parts on the surface should be repaired. DryFiX SILOXANE 100 is ready to use.

Apply DryFiX SILOXANE 100 by spraying with a soft brush or airless machine. Two or three coats are recommended for highly absorbent surfaces. During application, ensure the ambient and surface temperatures are between +5°C and +30°C.

Note! Do not apply on non-absorbent surfaces such as marble, ceramic, tiles, granite, or on thermal insulation boards with foam. Do not use as a waterproofing product on horizontal surfaces or floors.
